Hi, I’m Andrez — the chef and founder of Drez’s Kitchen. Food has always been my love language, and it’s what I use to connect people, create memories, and build community. What started in my family kitchen has grown into a catering and private chef service serving the Twin Cities and beyond.
Before launching Drez’s Kitchen, I built my career in finance. That background gave me an eye for detail, organization, and professionalism — qualities I now bring into every event, alongside my genuine passion for cooking. For me, food isn’t just about what’s on the plate; it’s about the experience, the people, and the legacy created around the table.
I specialize in soul food, seafood, and American classics with bold flavors, while also exploring global comfort dishes. Every menu is crafted with intention and care, ensuring that every bite delivers both comfort and quality.
